Proteus is a true scientific-grade instrument if you are looking to take weather tracking and observing to the next level. It is our highest quality, temperature compensated, aneroid barometer. Temperature compensated and accurate to within ±0.08 inches of mercury. Displays in inches of mercury from 27.5" to 31.5" and in the equivalent kilopascals (93.2-106.7). Can be adjusted to any elevation up to 8000' . Proteus is equipped with a resettable needle pointer used to mark changes in pressure. A cutaway dial window reveals an heirloom-quality French barometer movement. -
Predictor is a versatile, accurate meteorological grade barometer capable of tracking air pressure changes in a functional and informative presentation. It is a must have for any home weather enthusiast. Dial shows traditional barometer nomenclature (displays "Rain", "Change" and "Fair"), as well as measurements over a 3-inch scale of mercury (28.5" - 31.5"). Accurate to ±0.16 inches of mercury. Can be adjusted to any elevation up to 6500'. Precision German movement is displayed behind a cutaway dial. Re-settable pointer lets you track changes in barometric pressure. -
