Vigilant is self-powered by the wind speed sensor and displays wind speed (0-100MPH) and high gusts with a resettable Gust Register - no additional power source needed.
Water temperature sensor has a precision thermistor and wire potted in a solid bronze rod. The bronze rod measures 0.38" O.D. x 3.00" L with 150' cable.
