In the rare event that your Maximum rain gauge stops getting proper readings, it’s likely that the reed switch in the rain collector needs replacing. Replacing the switch is a fairly straightforward process, and Maximum’s service technician, Claude Raposo, demonstrates how it’s done in the video below.
