  2. Visit the Installation FAQ’s section of this web site for answers to common questions.
  3. Check in your Installation/Operation Manual to make sure you have installed the instrument correctly and, confirm that you are operating it as described in the instructions.
  4. Follow the troubleshooting instructions in the Installation/Operation Manual to determine what part of the system is faulty.

When you contact us please be prepared to provide the following information:

  1. The model name of the instrument.
  2. The date of purchase and date of installation.
  3. The results of any troubleshooting tests.
  4. A description of the problem.
